The Mishimoto Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit is designed to stop blow by vapors from re-entering your engine. The EJ25 in the STI is vulnerable to blow by gases during driving, notably when increased boost levels are applied. Intake systems exposed to these vapors can suffer from lowered octane ratings as well as dangerous detonation, which is detrimental to EJ25 engines. This kit comes with a small baffled catch can and a bronze filter, internal baffles, and two mounting brackets to fit LHD and RHD models.
