The A'PEXi Power Intake is a superior air filter designed specifically to maximize horsepower. Through the use of a clever design concept, the Dual Funnel design was born, utilizing a primary funnel on the top of the cleaner to direct air directly into the lower funnels at the base. This design, which was previously successful on the Super Intake model, has been further enhanced in the Power Intake with improved flow characteristics, a new funnel design, and high-quality injected resin construction for both the upper and lower funnels. The funnel shapes have been carefully crafted to increase air speed without altering the flow direction, resulting in a smooth and high-speed air flow into the intake. The lower funnel has been engineered at a 14 degree curve for optimal efficiency, and its position has been strategically placed closer to the base of the cleaner to reduce drag and eliminate any dead spots. The end result is a highly efficient and effective air cleaner that stands out in the market.
Crafted with advanced technology and newly developed dry density fibers, the Power Intake enhances element density for maximum engine protection against foreign materials. Compared to previous models, it reduces ventilation resistance by 10% for optimal performance and protection.
