Shipping & Returns

At Rewrk Collective, we primarily utilize UPS or FedEx for shipping the majority of our products. Please allow us a maximum of 72 hours to process and dispatch your in-stock order. Some items available in stock can be shipped on the same day or within one business day, with tracking details sent via email for your convenience. Occasionally, certain factors such as physical location, carrier availability, warehouse access, item availability, and logistical conditions may necessitate additional processing time. Please be aware that orders for non-stock or customized items might require extended processing periods. 

For oversized items, truck freight or LTL shipping is necessary, involving inspection and a signature upon delivery. Details about freight shipping can be found here. Shipments to destinations like HI, AK, PR, APOs, Guam, and the Virgin Islands might incur extra shipping fees. 

Tracking numbers are provided for shipment tracking purposes. Shipping times for custom or made-to-order items can vary significantly due to processes like manufacturing, painting, modification, embroidery, or assembly.

All products we sell are dispatched from authorized Rewrk Collective shipping facilities. Special shipping or delivery arrangements are necessary for international orders and oversized packages.

In the event that a product arrives damaged, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Immediately Contact Us: Support@rewrkcollective.com
  2. Preserve the Packaging: Keep the product in its original packaging and box.
  3. Document the Damage: Create a list of the damaged or missing items.
  4. Visual Evidence: Capture photographs of the damaged packaging and contents.
  5. Bill of Lading Note: If the driver doesn't allow inspection or can't wait, make sure to write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the Bill of Lading and have the driver sign it.
  6. Rewrk Collective Contact: We will communicate with the shipper after receiving the provided information to schedule any necessary pickup. Do not send the product back to the return address without written approval from Rewrk Collective.
  7. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will contact you to discuss whether the item can be repaired, replaced, or if a credit will be issued.

IMPORTANT: Upon signing and accepting a freight shipment, you release the freight company and Rewrk Collective from any liability for damages not reported on the delivery receipt. It's essential to inspect the contents of a freight shipment, even if the external packaging shows no visible damage.

International Shipping

For all international shipments, potential customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes might apply. The buyer is responsible for any charges related to importing products purchased from Rewrk Collective or its affiliates. These costs are often determined during customs processing, and charges exceeding initial estimates will be invoiced to the customer. If a purchased product is refused for import, resulting costs will also be billed to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.



If you find yourself in any of the following situations:

  • Accidentally ordered the wrong part or size
  • Received the incorrect product
  • Encountered a defective or damaged item
  • Mistakenly purchased the wrong product

Please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at Rewrk Collective. While each return scenario outlined above has specific guidelines (please refer to the information below), there are overarching rules that apply to all returns and exchanges:

  • All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow our Return Process, which involves obtaining a valid RMA number from our customer service team.
  • The product(s) must be in new condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that are damaged or in poor condition.
  • For any returns related to defects, damage, fitment issues, or other concerns, additional inspection and evaluation may be required. Depending on the product, we might request you to return it to the original shipment source for assessment. If you've obtained a report from your mechanic, we reserve the right to verify the findings by having the product returned for further inspection.
  • If you need to return an item due to incorrect part, size, or an accidental purchase, please refrain from assembling, installing, or altering the product in any way.
  • Any product that has been used or partially installed cannot be returned.
  • In certain cases, physical return of the product might not be necessary. Our customer service team will determine this and provide instructions for field disposal or disposal of the original item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned Include:

  • Items labeled as "Non-Returnable" (indicated on the product page)
  • Custom Built Orders
  • Wheel & Tire Packages
  • Special Order Items: These are items made specifically for your vehicle and might require a deposit or full payment upon ordering. Once payment is received, it becomes non-refundable. Special order items cannot be returned or resold.
  • Altered or Installed Items
  • Clearance or scratch and dent items
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Charges for Returns and Refunds:

For orders within the continental US where the return reason is unrelated to a [Store Name] error, such as changing your mind about the product, purchasing the wrong item (with accurate description), or any non-[Store Name] related reason, a return processing fee of $10 per item along with the initial shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:

While we strive for flawless products, factors beyond our control might lead to damage, defects, or incorrect items. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair it. Contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to facilitate the exchange or replacement process, which might involve sharing photos or videos to assess the issue.

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label for the defective part. After inspection and confirmation of the defect, an exchange or replacement will be arranged.

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the damage occurred during shipping, we will schedule a pickup by the courier. For freight carrier shipments, additional requirements apply.

Please note that this section does not cover warranty claims. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.

Free Shipping Disclaimer:

Returned items with a previous free shipping promotion will have the waived shipping cost deducted from the refund. Restocking fees may apply.

Restocking Fees:

Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Fees are waived if you opt for store credit or an exchange. Returns without original packaging also incur a 25% restocking fee.

Store Credit and Exchanges:

Store Credit is valid for 12 months and can only be used for products on our website. Exchanged items will be credited at their current price.

Refund Payment:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Store credit might be offered if other methods aren't viable. Allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear.
